Candela's V Beam Laser is a pulsed dye laser. It uses a specific wavelength of light to target benign vascular lesions of the skin such as the facial blood vessels associated with rosacea, port wine stains and leg veins. The laser light is absorbed by the blood vessels in the skin causing their destruction without wounding the skin (e.g. no scabs or crusts). We have treated hundreds of patients over the years and the results are amazing.
